If b88vip identifies or reasonably suspects that a Player holds more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all related bets and transactions, and forfeit any Bonus Balance associated with the duplicate Accounts.
3.3 You are responsible for keeping your Account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. b88vip will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel. Any unauthorized use of your Account credentials must be reported to b88vip support immediately.
3.4 All transactions carried out through your Account while the correct credentials are entered will be treated as authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally executed those transactions, unless you have previously notified us of a security compromise and we have confirmed receipt of that notification.
3.5 b88vip reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time and to temporarily restrict Account functionality pending the outcome of such checks.
4.1 b88vip is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. As part of this commitment, we may require Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal request, when an Account reaches certain transaction thresholds, or following unusual Account activity.

5.1 Deposits. b88vip accepts deposits via the Indonesian payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and BSI, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. b88vip does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account not matching the registered Player's identity may be reversed and the originating Account placed under review.
5.3 b88vip does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. b88vip is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. b88vip reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Verified Accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next available business cycle.
5.5 Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. b88vip reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches if required by payment-provider limitations.
5.6 Withdrawals will only be approved once all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances have been met. Real Money Balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements and the limits stated in Clause 5.5.
5.7 b88vip reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal and conduct a full Account review if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms & Conditions. During such a review, the Account may be temporarily restricted without prior notice.
6.1 b88vip may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free-spin equivalents, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on b88vip are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type, as published in the Platform's sports-betting help section. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail for betting purposes.
7.2 Live In-Play Betting. Odds on live in-play markets are updated in real time and are subject to suspension or withdrawal at any moment. b88vip reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were suspended due to a technical error or that were accepted after the relevant event outcome was already determined.
7.3 Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Bets. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to be settled as winning outcomes for the overall bet to be paid out. If any leg is voided, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs stand. Minimum odds per selection and minimum number of legs for mix parlay bets are stated at the time of bet placement.
7.4 Casino & Slot Games. All slot and casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. In the event of a software malfunction that interrupts a casino game round, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned.
7.5 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) markets on b88vip reference the official draw results of the relevant pool operator (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, or Macau pools, as applicable). b88vip is not responsible for delays or changes to official draw schedules. In the event of a draw cancellation, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
7.6 b88vip reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or number of bets a Player may place on any market or game at any time, without being required to provide a reason.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b88vip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, b88vip's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 b88vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, even if b88vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 b88vip does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events of force majeure (including natural disasters, governmental actions, or telecommunications failures) may result in temporary Platform unavailability. b88vip shall not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
11.4 Nothing in this clause limits b88vip's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
12.1 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting b88vip support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements remain on Bonus Balances.
12.2 Closure or Suspension by b88vip. b88vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (among others): breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; receipt of a chargeback on a deposit transaction; or receipt of a self-exclusion request from an external responsible gaming body.
12.3 Where an Account is closed by b88vip for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), b88vip reserves the right to retain any Bonus Balance and associated winnings generated through the breach. Real Money Balance that is demonstrably derived from legitimate deposits will be returned after deducting any amounts owed to b88vip.
12.4 Self-exclusion requests are handled in accordance with b88vip's Responsible Gaming policy. Once a self-exclusion is confirmed, it cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

13.3 b88vip's internal complaints process does not limit your rights to pursue remedies through competent courts or dispute resolution bodies under Applicable Laws.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which b88vip holds its international gaming license.
14.2 The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, although b88vip reserves the right to bring proceedings against a Player in the courts of any jurisdiction in which that Player is domiciled or resident.
14.3 Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gaming regulation under Indonesian domestic law is distinct from the law governing this agreement, and that the enforceability of this agreement in Indonesian courts may be subject to local legal limitations.
15.1 b88vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the changes take effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.
