In this Privacy Policy, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:

However, where a request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, b88vip reserves the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or to decline to act on the request, providing written reasons for this decision.

10.4  Before responding to a rights request, b88vip will verify your identity to prevent unauthorized disclosure of Personal Data. You may be asked to provide a copy of your registered email address, Account username, or a KYC document to confirm your identity.

11.1  The b88vip Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. b88vip does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. Registration attempts by individuals who disclose, or whom b88vip has reasonable grounds to believe are, under 21 years of age will be rejected and any data collected in connection with such an attempt will be deleted promptly.
